The way of the sorceror or sorceress is long and difficult, beset with obstacles on every side. Only you can decide when to set forth on the quest given you by the mermaid who lives in the well on your poor-but-honest stepfather's farm, or whether you should take time off from studying to attend the magical sporting event at your boarding school for young wizards.

But there are some decisions that the Government can help you with. How often should you take your broomstick in for inspection at your local DMB? What vaccinations must you obtain for your familiar? If an object carries with it an ancient and unspeakable curse, is it suitable for curbside recycling?

These questions, and many others, are the magical bread and the supernatural butter of the Government's Enchantment Administration.
